TWO GOOD CO.
ABN:
DEFINITIONS:
“Two Good Co” means Two Good Co Pty Ltd, provider of catering services. “Client” means the individual, business, or organisation engaging Two Good Co for catering services. “Event” means the catering function, package, or delivery service provided under these Terms.
ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:
Two Good Catering is available Monday – Friday (with other days on request by emailing sydneycatering@twogood.com.au). Orders must be placed before 4:00pm two business days before your delivery date. If you have a last-minute request, please email us at sydneycatering@twogood.com.au and we will see if we can facilitate your order. Orders can be delivered between 11.30am to 5:00pm, Monday and 9.00am to 5.00pm, Tuesday to Friday (and other days on request). We cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time – we will deliver within an hour of your selected delivery time
DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:
Our minimum spend is $400 incl GST. Standard delivery fee is $40 for all deliveries within a 10-kilometre radius of Redfern and starts from $50 minimum for outer-lying suburbs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Changes to your order require 48 hours’ notice and can be emailed to sydneycatering@twogood.com.au. Credit card surcharges apply (Visa 1.5%, Mastercard 1.5% & Amex 1.8%). We accept credit card or direct debit which are charged up front. Credit applications can be made for regular clients with invoices issued the date of event with 7-day payment terms. All prices listed on the website are exclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change. Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be informed.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Invoices are issued the date of event with 7-day payment terms. Event bookings: a 50% deposit is payable at confirmation. Final balance is due within seven (7) days after the Event.
Credit card surcharges apply: Visa/Mastercard 1.5%, Amex 1.8%.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Changes require 48 hours’ notice in writing. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
Event bookings/packages:
Cancellations made more than 72 business hours prior to the Event:
full refund of deposit.
Cancellations made 48–72 business hours prior:
50% of quoted charges payable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours: full quoted charges payable.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the Event.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGENS:
Two Good Co can accommodate dietary requirements with prior notice. While all care is taken, we cannot guarantee allergen-free catering. Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergen risks. Two Good Co will not be liable for any illness or loss arising from allergens or traces thereof.
MENU AND SEASONAL CHANGES:
Menu items are subject to seasonal availability. Two Good Co reserves the right to substitute comparable items where necessary and will notify the Client where possible. Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.
STAFFING AND EVENT LOGISTICS:
Staffing levels will be advised at time of quotation. Additional staff hours beyond the agreed time will be charged at applicable hourly rates. The Client is responsible for providing safe access, parking, and adequate facilities for Two Good Co staff.
LIABILITY:
Two Good Co maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of catering services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Two Good Co will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance were caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, accidents, supply issues, or government restrictions).
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
