Refund Policy
Two Good Co. is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring all customers receive products and services that meet high standards of quality. This policy sets out how refunds and returns are managed in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Your Rights Under the ACL
Nothing in this policy excludes or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a remedy if goods or services:
• are faulty, unsafe, or damaged
• do not match the description or sample provided
• are not fit for their intended purpose
• are not delivered within the agreed timeframe
Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include a repair, replacement, refund, or re-supply of services.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Two Good Co. will:
• arrange a replacement or refund at no cost
• cover any reasonable return freight costs
• act promptly once notified (please contact us as soon as possible at orders@twogood.com.au, quoting your purchase order number).
3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Discretionary)
As food and catering products are perishable, change-of-mind returns are generally not
accepted. For non-perishable items, returns may be accepted at Two Good Co.’s
discretion, provided that:
• Goods are returned in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition
• Prior approval has been obtained from Two Good Co.
• Return freight is paid by the customer
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling costs
4. Custom or Special-Order Goods
Custom-made or special-order goods cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if these goods are defective, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, customers are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
5. Timeframes
Customers should notify Two Good Co. of any issues as soon as practicable. While change-of-mind returns (if accepted) should generally be made within 30 days of invoice, claims relating to defective goods will be assessed in line with what is considered reasonable under the ACL, which may extend beyond 30 days.
6. How to Return Goods
Please contact orders@twogood.com.au before returning any goods. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. All returns must include relevant paperwork and proof of purchase.
